Do you do Airport Pick-ups?


Yes we sure do. When booking online, simply type in the airport and terminal that you will be arriving at, and include your flight number... and we will monitor your flight and have our driver meet and greet you at the terminal.




Where abouts do we meet at the airport?


When you arrive, simply turn your phone on and our driver will contact you to come and meet at the terminal once you have collected your luggage. He/she will instruct you on where exactly the meeting point is.




What if our flight is delayed or cancelled?


Not to worry! Our driver will monitor your flight and be at the airport based on the estimated time of arrival. If there is a major delay, or a flight cancellation, be sure to let us know and we will do our best to re-schedule the car for you.




What type of child restraint seats do you use?


We only use child restraint seats that meet the australian standard AS/NZA 1754. Our child seats are known brands that you get at the major baby stores such and Maxi Cosi and Britax. We have child restraint seats for children of all ages, from newborns to 7yo's.




What time should I book the taxi cab?


Its best to allow plenty of travel time when booking your car, espcially during peak hours. In addition to this, the airport is congested in the mornings so we advise to allow an additional 15 minutes to get into the terminal from the outskirts of the terminal due to peak hour traffic delays and possible road works. Do you operate 24 hours, 7 days?


Yes we sure do... but pre bookings are essential to ensure availability.




How much time should I allow for airport pick-ups?


International Arrivals: We suggest allowing 45 to 70 minutes to go through customs, collect luggage and clear quarantine. Domestic Arrivals: We suggest allowing 30 minutes which gives you enough time to disembark and collect your luggage. Our drivers do monitor your flight and do also keep in contact with you incase there are any delays.

How are your prices compared to other Taxis and Uber?


Our rates are a little more then standard Taxis and Uber's due to being a specialised service. Having the vehicles pre equipped with the child restraint seats, and having our driver dispatched from the base/depo at most cases, this is also another reason for being a little more costly compared to other services.




How do I know if my car service will turn up?


Our service is different to standard taxis and ubers. We only accept bookings based on availability and if none of our cars are, we will advise so and also offer to try our partnered affiliates to assist if need be.
