Do you do Airport Pick-ups?
Yes we sure do. When booking online, simply type in the airport and terminal that you will be arriving at, and include your flight number... and we will monitor your flight and have our driver meet and greet you at the terminal.
Where abouts do we meet at the airport?
When you arrive, simply turn your phone on and our driver will contact you to come and meet at the terminal once you have collected your luggage. He/she will instruct you on where exactly the meeting point is.
What if our flight is delayed or cancelled?
Not to worry!
What type of child restraint seats do you use?
We only use child restraint seats that meet the australian standard AS/NZA 1754.
What time should I book the taxi cab?
Its best to allow plenty of travel time when booking your car, espcially during peak hours.
Do you operate 24 hours, 7 days?
Yes we sure do... but pre bookings are essential to ensure availability.
How much time should I allow for airport pick-ups?
